On non-handmade products:

We work with suppliers from around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers typically ship orders between 1-5 days of receiving your order. From that point it takes 10-20 days for products to arrive. As soon as your product ships you'll receive a tracking number that lets you keep tabs on your product at all times.
